Thanks for stopping by. I haven’t had an opportunity to read ‘The Noma Guide to Fermentation’ book but did notice it has lots of good reviews. Looking at the Noma restaurant reviews, which are excellent too, I’m sure the book is full of valuable information and delicious fermented food recipes. If you are new to fermentation, I suggest you start with ‘Fermentation for Beginners’ book by Drakes Press. The recipes are easy to read and follow and overall the book is very informative. Interesting reviews, I’m trying to choose the most comprehensive book about fermentation and the one’s you suggested are really interesting!
Anyway what about “The Noma Guide to Fermentation” book? Is rather recent but I see that it have a lot of positive reviews on amazon
