My hair always has grown very slowly. I love this tip. My hair grew faster than it EVER has in my life. I’m 60 and about to do it again and I am going to try the skin firming recipe as well. I will let you know how that goes. Very hopeful.

Hi Grethell, sorry to hear the rice water has a bad smell :-(. Did you keep it on the room temperature? Perhaps the temperature was too high hence it over-fermented. What type of rice did you use?

Hi Deirdre, I’m not sure – haven’t tried nor I came across a recipe.

Today was the third day and the day I wanted to use it, but when I opened the container it smell very bad, is that how itโ€™s supposed to be? I donโ€™t know if I should throw it out and make and use a new fresh rice water ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Hi Binky, my understanding is that pores exist all over our body except for palms on our hands and soles of our feet. However, I may be mistaken as I’m not a health professional. You’re right that inner arms are dry but are also very sensitive so any reaction (if there is one) is likely to be seen there first. If you have any concerns about the benefits of fermented rice I’ve shared please consult your doctor before applying them.

I have gotten break outs but they dry up after a few days. My skin has improved tremendously. What I have also done is use orange peel in my rice water as well as lavender oil , rosemary oil, blood orange oil and vanilla fragrance. It smells so delicious. I have to literally tell myself its not drinkable.I keep my rice water in the fridge.
