Stan, that sounds like a brilliant idea, to use an aquarium heater and have the kombucha bottle surrounded warm water. Did you try it, did it work?

I’ve never done it that way. It sounds like it can work as long as you set the right temperature.

Keep the kombachu gallon just off the bottom and surrounded by the warmed water.
