Great article… I like the idea of reusing a bottle like the GT brand, 16 oz. Do you know a good source for something like those instead of just buying a dozen from the store, and then reusing?

Can I reuse a big 48 oz Synergy bottle for second fermentation so I can use fewer bottles. Or is that too big??
