Gigi is an expert in food fermentation. She was exposed to fermented foods as a child and rediscovered the art of preserving food later in life. She made it her hobby and now wants to spread the love for fermentation around the world.
Dr Jyothi Shenoy – Contributor
Dr Shenoy has almost a decade of experience writing in the field of medicine, health, and nutrition. She is interested in fermented foods due to their nutritional benefits.
